Tagliatelle agli Agrumi ed Acciughe
Tagliatelle Orange and Lemon flavour with Anchovies and Bread Crumble Ingredient for 2 people:

Cook the pasta "al dente" , drain spaghetti and transfer them to the pan. Let the pasta absorbs the flavour of the sauce and add some breadcrumbs, drizzle with olive oil then sautè. If the pasta is too dry add a spoon of cooking pasta water. Turn the heat off and transfer the pasta to a serving dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with olive oil , black pepper and some grated Parmesan cheese and serve. Buon appetite!
