Owned and run by Italian and South African chef couple Salvatore and Nina Branda, La Sosta is a unique restaurant in Swellendam which combines a rich history with contemporary style, innovative food and classic service.
At La Sosta every ingredient is selected for seasonality, sustainability, quality and flavour. We explore contemporary ways of paying homage to our beloved Italy’s timeless flavour profiles and combinations with our personal touch in every dish.
We deliver an attention to detail and service which is unique to the La Sosta experience.
Situated at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountains in the beautiful, lush Overberg, La Sosta began it’s journey over a decade ago and continues to this day with true Italian flair.
